What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do walk throughs of the home before we decide this the right job for both parties. I ask all my questions and having a conversation with you. By asking questions I know what to expect and I’m what I’m getting into so I can give you the most accurate quote before I start cleaning your home.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been cleaning for at least ten years before starting the business. My parents own a commercial cleaning business that I am also a part of. I decided that it was time for me to branch out and start my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of customers, from 3,700 sqft to just 1,000 sqft, I have never had a problem with any of my clients, and they are all just so wonderful to have.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as detailed and thorough as you can. Let us know in detail what you want and what you need done so we can be of service to you, and so we can get it done right.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How many bathrooms, bedrooms, what exactly you need done; how many square feet is your home, what add ons do you want?
